The best way to avoid high roaming costs when you travel to the UK is to buy a local SIM card when you arrive at Heathrow. This is the best way to stay in touch and it doesn't have to cost much. Save time on arrival by pre-ordering your SIM card online for collection at the airport. You'll collect your SIM from the WeKnow welcome desks located in every arrivals terminal at Heathrow and our friendly staff will set up and activate your SIM card for you, free of charge, to make sure you're connected from the get go.

EE SIM cards only work with unlocked devices. 

Bundles are valid for 30 days upon activation, for further usage you will need to buy an additional top up and covert to another Add-on. 

 

Minutes and texts are from the UK to UK mobiles and UK landlines starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excl. Jersey Guernsey & Isle of Man). Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 35p/min. Calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 numbers are not included; you'll be charged EE's Access Charge of 44p/min plus the applicable service charge. If you call a 070 you'll be charged up to 75p/min. If you don't call, text or top-up every 180 days you will be disconnected and you'll lose any credit on your account. Subject to availability. Personal use only. 

If you have not used all the data allowance in your Pack when the Pack ends the unused data will be added to the next Pack that you buy. You cannot roll over data from add-ons of Free Boosts. Applies to 30day PAYG packs with a data allowance of 100MB or more only. You must buy a new qualifying Pack within 7 days of the expiry of the original Pack with unused data to qualify for data rollover. Rollover data lasts for the duration of the Pack Validity Period (i.e. 30 days) so will not roll over a second time if you do not use it up. 

Please note this product cannot be delivered and is only available for our free Click & Collect service from our welcome desks located within every arrivals terminal at Heathrow Airport. 

When checking out, please make sure you select the correct terminal you will be arriving in. We will have your order ready at our welcome desk for when you arrive, all you need to do is bring your booking confirmation containing your reference number with you. It is always a good idea to screenshot your booking confirmation and reference number before you fly, just in case you encounter difficulties connecting to the internet when you land.  

Booking Confirmation 

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking with details of your order shortly after you check out. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder before notifying us by email quoting your full name and post/zip code so we can locate your order and resend your confirmation.

Amendments 

You can make amendments to your order up to 24 hours before your order is due for collection. In some circumstances you may need to cancel your order and place a new order. Please email or call us and a member of our team will gladly assist you.

Cancellations & Refunds 

You can cancel an order at any time before the SIM card has been activated, and you will receive a full refund. Once the SIM card has been activated we cannot cancel or refund your order. To cancel your order please email or call us and a member of our team will gladly assist you.
