This product is exclusively available for pickup at a WeKnowLondon desk situated in all arrivals terminals at Heathrow Airport. On the day of collection, please bring your reference number with you to the desk and a member of our team will assist with the setup of your sim card on your device, activate it, and verify proper functioning.

You are welcome to cancel your order at any time before the SIM Card has been activated. Once activated, your order is non-refundable and unused credit cannot be refunded or exchanged.
