The Zoological Society of London (ZSL) London Zoo in Regent’s Park houses a collection of 755 species of animal in beautiful landscaped grounds. Check out the animals and browse the Victorian Grim Curiosity Shop to see some eccentric objects.

The biggest and most breath-taking experience to feature at the Zoo, ‘Land of the Lions’ presents an incredible ‘windowless view’ into the big cats’ enclosure for a seriously exhilarating experience.

‘Tiger Territory’ is home to critically endangered Sumatran tigers and immerses visitors in the tiger’s lush habitat. Get up close to the zoo’s western lowland gorillas in a natural environment.

Catch a glimpse of the penguins in the water from the underwater viewing bubble and at the ‘Reptile House’, you can see komodo dragons, tortoises and extremely venomous snakes. Come face to face with a number of rainforest residents, including sloth and armadillo too.

Smaller children will love the Children’s Zoo – they can pet goats, sheep and chickens. Everyone can Meet the Monkeys and enter the Blackburn Pavilion to spot beautiful birds as well.
