Shakespeare is the greatest writer in the English language and here’s your chance to become an expert on him.

You will take part in a guided tour inside the reconstructed Globe Theatre, where you can discover the working life of the Globe today. The exhibition delves into William’s life in depth.

Shakespeare’s Globe is a faithful, authentic reconstruction of the open-air playhouse first built in 1599, where the famous playwright worked and for which he wrote many of his greatest plays. The reconstructed Globe is today a working theatre and much-loved attraction for fans of The Bard.

At the world’s largest visitor experience devoted to Shakespeare, the Globe’s Exhibition & Theatre Tour imagines the Globe as it would have been, surrounded by raucous taverns and bawdy-houses. You will find out all about extravagant Elizabethan costumes and how 16th century musical instruments were used.

You will have a 30-minute guided tour of the Globe Theatre, with expert storytellers colourfully recreating stories of the 1599 Globe and the reconstruction process. Complimentary Audio Guides are available for the Exhibition in Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and many more languages. The Globe is a working theatre, so the exhibition and the tour may close occasionally for events.

Book your ticket now and you will receive an email with your ticket voucher attached.
