This product is only available for collection from one of our visitor centres located at Heathrow Airport.
Your ticket confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation at time of booking with your ticket voucher included. You can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity A copy of this voucher must be presented on arrival at our visitor centres, on the day of your collection. The pay as you go credit on the card never expires.  It can be used for a return visit to London or pass it on to friends and family.
The £5.00 cost of the card is not refundable.
A refund for any remaining credit of up to £10.00 can be obtained from any Tube station ticket machine however the card will be cancelled and you won’t be able to use it again for future travel.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are not refundable. All sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties.

And remember, the Visitor Oyster Card in not just for use on the London Underground and buses: the Visitor Oyster card can also be used on the Emirates Airline and Thames Clipper river services.

Note: Overseas visitors using their contactless credit or debit card to get around will probably incur significant foreign exchange charges as fares are converted from Pounds Sterling to their local currency. An Oyster Card is needed for each traveller and children cannot use contactless payment.
